Global Hand is a network being set up in response. Hand is an acronym for Humanitarian Aid Network for Distribution. Global Hand is an initiative of Crossroads International, a non-profit organisation, based in Hong Kong, which redistributes quality surplus goods to people in need, locally and internationally.
