Nokia Research Center (NRC) is a separate unit within Nokia, not attached to anyone of the specific product development business units. There are more than 1100 of researchers, engineers and scientists, working in the Nokia Research Centers and Lablets that Nokia maintains around the globe. They are all working on research issues relating to mobilility of voice and data, management and communications. research.nokia.com is being designed and populated by Nokia Research Center researchers and maintained internally with the Plone Content management System on a Debian "Sarge" machine.
